Dynamic Rows

Overview

  • A Dynamic Row is a new row of content that only displays when the time trigger conditions are met.  The time trigger is the  defined time/date a user is visiting the website:
  • time of day (11am to 3pm)
  • a day (Sunday)
  • days of week (weekend)
  • a period of time (April)

  • Dynamic Row only displays on the home page

  • Dynamic Rows will include the primary CTA defined during consultation:  Phone number OR a Request "___________"
  • There may only be one (1) CTA included
  • If both phone and Request "___________" are defined as primary CTA (aka Dual CTA) the DSC or DPS must ask client to choose one over the other
  • The numerical phone number will appear desktop/tablet.  Mobile displays text as the phone number.
  • Request "___________" will display as a button on all devices

Only displays when business is closed

  • To create a Dynamic Row the DSC or DPS must collect the following information:
  • Time period
  • Start and end time (or Start date and End Date)
  • Day or days of the week, block of time
  • Examples
  • Weekend run - 12:00 am Saturday to 11:59 pm Sunday
  • Weekday run - 11:00 am to 2:59 pm Monday to Friday
  • After Hours run
  • May include multiple time periods if business is closed on weekends
  • Monthly run - 12:00 am Sept 1 to 11:59 pm September 30
  • Quarterly run - 12:00 am Oct 1 to 11:59 pm December 31
  • Row content and images (based on Dynamic Row section elements)

  • Like any section, the writer or artist will have carte blanche to update text and design to match the site palette. However, to maintain the stability of the mobile structure, the positioning and spacing of section elements may not be altered.
  • Clients may add unlimited Dynamic Rows via DIY (aka Personalization)
  • Hibu will only update Hibu-created Dynamic Rows, by request, with new graphics, information, or with an entirely new type and option.
